Lark Energy Completes 49.68kW PV Installation on Grain Store

Lark Energy has completed work on a 49.68kW PV installation on a farmer's grain store near Bourne in Lincolnshire.  The installation consists of 216 Hyundai 230w polycrystalline modules providing 49.68kWp.  Over the course of the year this will provide the farmer with around 40MWh of electricity.

The PV was installed on a new metal roof which provided an overclad to the existing asbestos/fibre cement roof of the grainstore. Lark Energy recommended this solution as the most effective way to protect the client's investment following completion of a full structural survey of the building.

The installation was completed over the course of 2 weeks and is now fully commissioned.
